Hey, I'm Demoiselle Rui!, a tiny irrelevant gachatuber best known for formerly leading the Gacha Community Association. As of writing, GCA has been dissolved as an organization, and I've personally taken down over 25 YouTube channels spreading false information about me or impersonating me or my former staff.Following my retirement from leadership in the gacha community, I have created this Carrd to explain what those who are still interested in my case need to know.I have had Autism identified since early childhood by my doctors, I'm legally blind on my right eye due to a birth condition + medical malpractice and I occasionally struggle with Disassociation and Derealization. I have a REALLY BAD DM reply speed and terrible procrastination and executive dysfunction during particularly bad downtime, which is why I have come to the conclusion that I am unsuitable for any leadership or regular position at all within the Gacha Community, including in GCA. I like character designing, writing, and worldbuilding, and I've written about Social Theories in the Gacha Community as a subset of Fandom Studies as well as Apologetic Christian Theology without reliance on the Bible. I've been a micronationalist since young and I still engage with and assist mockgov projects and micronational, assisting them with security and professionalism without missing out on the fun! I've had multiple aliases in the past both in the Gacha Community and the internet overall, and you can check them in the "Aliases" section of this Carrd [though I am only including aliases in which the exposure of them will be safe for both me and my friends, and aliases that are also possibly of interest in regards to the Gacha Community's history. I have recognized that my sockpuppeting over almost a decade has affected real people and thus following my coming out as transfem, I am "outing" multiple of my aliases at once to hold myself accountable and provide answers to people still with questions.

Write the 16731 Signature and warn GCA about the fact through the signature itself and also the Ethereum address 0XCADE. Told GCA to utilize the "larp laws" [social laws within the criminal Com Network] to perform division and investigation because I knew it would happen from the Dominion of Melchizedek case. Though these InfoOps, started by my successor Kassandra of ShadowCorp claimed to protect the entire Gacha Community against 764, the actual threat of 764 against the Gacha Community was grossly miscalculated, resulting in the wastage of thousands of dollars of my personal funds, in which I in my immature, brought back the alias of Sherbase12 to stop. This also significantly impacted my mental health because GCA turned into a de facto daycare for victims of the Com Network, many of them ungrateful children and teens that GCA and I had to protect from the entire Com Network. Whilst this was in the spirit of protecting the Gacha Community, it was wasteful and unnecessary, but all funds wasted were my own and I did not bring harm to the Gacha Community in this.	I did NOT assist Bradley Cadenhead in building 764 infrastructure as the "Co-Founder on Minecraft" he claims. I did NOT allow 764 to plague the youth internet despite knowing since September 2019 [I was a 15 year old child and I personally believe the FBI/DHS/DOJ already had persons within CVLT that had eyes on Bradley. Bradley was already flagged prior and his records were already in a Texas fusion centre. In hindsight I was a 15 year old gachatuber that did not hold the responsibility to save the internet even if I forsaw that Bradley Cadenhead would be a lot of trouble before some law enforcement agencies did. Throughout all my online aliases over a decade I have NEVER ONCE taken advantage of any minor in any indecent manner. Even as Sherbase12 I did not do any such things and even as it is a phase I am somewhat embarrassed of, I am still remembered as one of the few UTTP leaders that never crossed this line. This is not something I want a trophy for, I simply want to clarify that there has never been any credible predatory allegations against me or any of the aliases I used.**

Though please note that I have decided to refrain from holding any leadership positions in the Gacha Community due to burnout over the years, I will always remain in this community I treasure, but I have way "overlarped" my period of relevance whether it be as MellowSwirl, Gacha Music, or Cyrus. I recognize that my actions have destabilized and demoralized the Gacha Community in the past, and I have done my best to conciliate with those I have wronged. I only wish to exist as a normal member of the Gacha Community, in humble support of my colleagues and fellow friends in contributing to what is more than just a fandom for us. Throughout my decade here in the Gacha Community, I've had low hundreds of "friends* that weren't really friends, but the people below, in no specific order, are people I genuinely respect and have either worked with me or were actually close to me, or have meaningfully touched shoulders with me perhaps without either of us knowing. **As I am aware of the few jobless folks that have refused to let this go even after years, I am protecting their privacy and peace by only showing their OC pictures below and not showing their usernames. I have never been a good friend, colleague, or associate to them, so that's the least I can do whilst appreciating them for who they are and what they've done.
